Are there any add-ons or subscriptions?

How are state fees handled?
At cost, shown separately, with the agency named. We never mark them up or fold them into one number. You see exactly what goes to your Secretary of State and exactly what is our service fee.
What's your refund policy?
We prepare and submit within 3 business days or the service fee is refunded. If you owe back taxes and we haven't filed yet, you can have a full refund with no admin fee, or we'll hold your order open for 90 days while you resolve it. Rejections caused by our error are re-filed free.
